At Extraordinaire Catering Co., we are devoted to the High Point University community. We are passionate about culinary invention and creation. We find purpose in engineering the most cutting-edge cooking techniques and putting them in concert with fresh, delicious ingredients. Catering Manager
A native of Virginia, Susan came to the Extraordinaire Catering Co. team after a stint as the catering manager at the Greensboro Grasshoppers baseball stadium. She enjoys every step of the event planning process and watching it take shape. She absolutely loves coming to work and being surrounded by a supportive team that shares her passion for memorable events and satisfied clients. She is also a fan of the Extraordinaire Catering Co. kitchen! When asked about her favorite dish, her response is simple – all of them!

Executive Chef
Chef Froelich brings 25 years of high-end restaurant, hotel and catering experience to the Extraordinaire Catering Co at High Point University. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Chef Froelich has been with the Aramark and Extraordinaire Catering Co. team since 2016 where he’s brought a distinct passion for enriching people’s lives with wholesome, delicious food. His focus is in classic European cuisine fused with modern American stylings. He is especially a fan of the southern cooking tradition, everything “from Carolina to creole.”

Catering Manager
Hailing from the blue collar town of Cleveland, OH (a city well-known for its exquisite music, art and dining scene), Mary Therese began her artistic pursuits in the food and beverage industry. She later relocated to southern California to further develop her career in hospitality. While there, she worked at several fine dining establishments in the Burbank and Pasadena areas as a server and bartender before working her way up to an event management position. Her refined palate and extensive knowledge of gourmet food, wine, beer and spirits combined with an indomitable work ethic make her a prized member of the Extraordinaire Catering Co. team.
